Shopping Information
To place an order, simply browse our collections, select the item you want, choose your size and colour (where applicable), and click Add to Bag. When you’re ready, go to your bag and follow the checkout steps. You’ll be asked for your delivery address and payment details before confirming your order.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. If you immediately need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at purchase@pengidentity.store. If the order has already been shipped, you can still return items using our returns process.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
UK Standard Delivery: usually 3–5 working days
UK Express Delivery: usually 1–2 working days
International Delivery: varies by region (you’ll see estimated times at checkout)
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow its journey.
Yes! We ship to many countries outside the UK. International delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order & Returns
Yes — we accept returns!
If your item isn’t right, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return it in its original condition with tags attached. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for full instructions.
Exchanges are possible only if the new item is in stock — otherwise, we’ll issue a refund.
To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to include a copy of the order invoice and the item in its original condition.
Yes. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to show in your account.
Ordering and Sizing
We aim for consistent sizing across products, and size guides are provided on each product page. If you’re unsure, use the size guide to choose the best fit. If something doesn’t fit as expected, you can return or exchange it.
Care instructions are included on every garment label. Generally, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water, avoiding bleach, and hanging to dry to preserve quality and print.
